Playing in the leaves

I love the fall and this year our fall was definitely not long enough. Ethan loves to play in dirt, water, with sticks, rocks, etc. Pretty much anything he can find outside. We thought he would love to play with the leaves as well. The first time we took him outside he was so grumpy he hated playing in the leaves. We would throw leaves on each other and it drove him crazy if anybody had any leaves stuck on them so he would spend 5 minutes picking them off of us. The second time we took him out to play, he liked the leaves a whole lot more. He actually played in them. The fact that they stuck to clothes did bother him again, but it didn't take all of his attention this time. What a funny boy.

This is the second time we had him outside playing in them when he actually played.





After he finished playing with the leaves, he just sat under the tree playing with some dirt in a little hole that Sophie dug.
