Bear Lake

For Nanan's birthday she wanted to go to Bear Lake. We made plans and headed out to spend the evening there and have a picnic dinner. I hadn't been to Bear Lake in way too long, so it was fun to go back and spend the day on the beach with our family.

Jade was skeptical at first,

But once she was in the water, she loved it!

Ethan dived right in and had a blast

Lincoln is a little funny when it comes to things like this. He didn't even get more than a toe wet at the splash pad for more than a year. He played for a little while, and then he called it quits.

Just proof that I was there too ... :)

Ethan had so much fun when Mart got in and played with him. I love the huge smile on his face while he was running.

Zack was like Lincoln, he was in the water for a minute, but he preferred to stay on the beach and chase the birds.

Grandad hung out with Zack and walked with him while he chased the birds. :)

Once everyone finished in the water, we pulled out our super awesome kites and played with those for a little while.

While baby Lucas took a nap on Grandad's lap.

And then the boys found a huge pit and we didn't see them until it was time to go home after that.

We had a great time Bear Lake, we'll definitely have to try and go more often!
