Once we got inside, we were worried about Ethan being a little out of control. It didn't end up being him that was the problem, it ended up being Tyler. Baby Zack had just been born a week before we went and I think he was still adjusting. The minute we walked in the doors we walked right past the font and he wanted to get in the water. When we wouldn't let him, he lost it and started throwing a huge tantrum. Mart took him and made a big deal out of the smallest things while Kace got ahead of us so he couldn't see her anymore. He calmed down after that.
Ber was holding Ethan's hand, and each time we walked in a room Ethan would ask "Is Jesus in THIS room??" It was fun to watch him see the temple. He loved looking for peach blossoms with Ber too.
Love the little booties on his feet!
The cookie at the end of the tour was the icing on the cake for my boys. It was all worth it for that. :)
There were so many people everywhere and it was hot and we had been there for so long, that we opted out of family pictures and just said we'd go back and take them another time.
I'm so glad that we were able to take Ethan inside the temple. I hope that he always continues to love the temple.
